For urgent matters that require an immediate assistance, please write "urgent" at the top of your message. If you are an existing client, please open a Gitlab issue first, before using our other contact mediums such as the above form. Please mention the Gitlab issue number/link in your message (and write "urgent" in the subject of the Gitlab issue). This greatly helps to ensure a quick and efficient response. Otherwise we must internally double-check who is making the request, then open a Gitlab issue for you. If you have any doubts on our response time, feel free to use the above form. It will be received by multiple people at the same time. We strongly recommend the above form, instead of phone, since we do not often check our voicemail. Emergency requests for which Symbiotic is not responsible may result in additional fees (minimum 1h of work at double the regular hourly rate).
